Requirements
- Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills or experience:
- Five (5) years of experience in application development using .NET / C#
- Experience with licensing or regulatory systems (e.g., MELS or similar platforms)
- Experience with application configuration and workflow-driven systems
- Experience with ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, or MVC frameworks
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience supporting applications in a production environment
- Experience with Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL
- Familiarity with GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience in a government or public sector setting
