- Support day-to-day marketing operations, including data consolidation, report maintenance, and cross-functional coordination.
- Assist with administrative and process-related tasks, including documentation preparation and ARIBA system support.
- Contribute to marketing project execution, including campaign tracking, asset coordination, and internal documentation management.
- Analyze market data and support report development using Excel and PowerPoint; strong proficiency in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP is required.
- Provide flexible support on ad hoc tasks and ongoing team priorities as needed.
- What You Need to Be Successful
- We are looking for a motivated post-graduate student with strong execution skills, solid excels skills, and the ability to support multiple marketing workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing a master's degree; master's students are preferred.
- Preferred academic background in business, science, technology, or other related disciplines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Good data processing skills and logical analytical thinking.
- Good written English skills for daily work communication.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, well organized, and able to manage time effectively while working on multiple tasks.
