Desktop Support/ IT Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, network devices)
• Install and upgrade software applications and operating systems
• Provide technical support to end-users (onsite or remote)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Perform routine maintenance and system updates
• Manage IT inventory (equipment, licenses, accessories)
• Set up user accounts, emails, and access permissions
• Ensure systems comply with IT security policies
• Liaise with vendors or service providers when required
• Maintain documentation of IT processes and incidents
