Requirements
- Proven Leader: 10-15 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with a significant portion dedicated to managing high-performing, senior-level reps.
- Credible Coach: You've been a top-tier individual contributor in the past and can hold your own in a 7-figure deal room. You lead through respect and expertise, not micromanagement.
- Pragmatic & Low-Ego: You are a "doer" who is comfortable in a broad, collaborative role. You care more about the team's success than title or hierarchy.
- Operational Mindset: You have strong commercial judgment and understand how to build incentive plans and sales workflows that actually work in the field.
