Floor Staff

Responsibilities

• As a Front of House Team Member, you will play an important role in ensuring every guest has a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
• Greeting guests warmly and assisting with seating arrangements
• Presenting menus and taking food and beverage orders accurately
• Serving food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Answering customer questions and making menu recommendations
• Handling customer requests and resolving concerns courteously
• Processing payments and operating the point-of-sale system
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Assisting with table setup, clearing, and resetting between guests
• Working closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be:
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment
• Well-presented with strong communication skills
• Able to stay organized and maintain attention to detail
• Able to communicate in English; the ability to speak Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred to assist a diverse range of customers and team members
• Previous hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential-training can be provided for the right candidate
• Availability
• This role requires shift work, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays . Flexibility and reliability are highly valued.
