We are seeking 2 Senior Finance Business Partners to support assigned programs and scientific leadership with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, portfolio analysis, and strategic decision support. The role provides end-to-end financial oversight across the grant lifecycle, including proposal development, implementation, donor reporting, and closeout. It is also responsible for identifying and managing financial risks, funding gaps, and compliance issues, while mentoring junior finance staff and supporting the delivery of standardized program finance services. Key Responsabilities: Serve as the senior finance business partner to assigned programs and scientific leadership. Provide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, portfolio analysis, and strategic decision support. Lead financial oversight throughout the grant lifecycle, including proposal development, implementation, donor reporting, and closeout. Identify and manage financial risks, funding gaps, and compliance issues. Mentor junior finance staff and support delivery of standardized program finance services. - Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. - Professional accounting qualification preferred. - 8-10 years of experience in financial management, donor-funded programs, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering. - Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and financial modeling skills. - Experience supporting complex multi-project portfolios and ERP-based financial environments.
