Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required .
• Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic preferred.
• Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
• Strong computer keyboarding skills required .
• Pay Range:
• $17.31 - $24.24

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team at our Salmon Creek 2 clinic. To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients . Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co- pays , obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls , and scheduling appointments . If you can multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team! Location : Salmon Creek 2 ( 252 9 NE 139th St, Vancouver, WA 98686) Schedule : Saturday and Sunday 6:30AM to 5:30PM Saturday and Sunday 12:00pm to 11:00PM * Candidates must be available for a full-time training period lasting approximately 4 - 6 weeks at the start of employment. Hiring range generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. * Evening Differential $3.00/hour & Weekend Differential Pay $2.56/hour*
