Requirements

• Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age .
• Associate degree, technical diploma, or trade certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Electronics, Mechatronics , or a related field preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including AC/DC motors, motor controls, VFDs, control panels, and 480V three-phase electrical systems .
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining PLC-controlled equipment , with the ability to read and interpret ladder logic.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings .
• Working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, compressed air, and boiler systems .
• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and NFPA 70E electrical safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in industrial environments that may include heights, confined spaces, varying temperatures, and outdoor conditions.
• Must possess strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Now Hiring: Full-Time Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist (Industrial Operations) We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. This is a full-time role with a typical schedule of 40+ hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. The position follows a 4-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts) and includes rotating Saturday mornings.
