Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated, logic-driven CPM schedules in Primavera P6 for heavy civil infrastructure work.
  • Build schedules from scratch by coordinating with engineering, project management, construction teams, and contractors.

  • Support schedule-related documentation for claims avoidance, change management, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Required Experience
  • 10+ years of project scheduling experience supporting heavy civil or highway construction projects.
  • Demonstrated experience scheduling large-scale, complex infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (v12.0 or higher) with cost and resource loading.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods in heavy civil/highway projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of accuracy, reliability, and completeness in prior roles.
  • Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • BRT / transit project scheduling experience.
  • Experience supporting CMGC delivery (or similar alternative delivery methods).
  • Experience with cost/resource-loaded schedules and earned value / progress measurement approaches.
  • Familiarity with project controls environments and working with multi-party teams (agency + CM/GC + designer).

  • Location: Los Angeles, CA
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid; expected to be in-office 4 days per week and 1 day remote
  • Schedule: Full-time, exempt role with standard business hours
  • Compensation Range: $176,800 - $208,000 annually; Eligible for Bonus.

These roles will develop, maintain, and analyze detailed, logic-driven CPM schedules to support planning, progress tracking, and schedule performance reporting. The ideal candidates have strong Primavera P6 capability and demonstrated experience supporting bus, highway, and heavy civil construction projects (preferably in a public agency/transit environment and/or alternative delivery).
