To strengthen our leading market position within the MEMS sensors we will extend our MEMS technology to 300mm wafer. Therefore we are looking for highly engaged development engineers, who have a passion for technology and process development: As a Development Engineer (f/m/div) you will drive and control innovative technology developments for complex products - including scheduling and as customer interface You will work collaboratively with a team of experts to bring development goals to life, combining intensive teamwork with autonomy and personal ownership of your projects You will have the opportunity to develop wafer processes for the manufacturing of micromechanical products: conceptually but as well hands-on in the clean room and in the laboratory You will explore cutting-edge technologies and materials, conducting both technical and economic feasibility assessments to unlock new process possibilities You will be the bridge between development and manufacturing teams, coordinating internal interfaces to craft innovative solutions and guide them from initial concept all the way through to series production readiness You will foster partnerships with research institutes for foundational development work and take charge of quality assessments and process releases Personality : Self-initiated, assertive, creative, team player, goal-oriented Working Practice: Systematic, decisive, able to work under pressure Experience and Know-How : Several years of relevant professional experience; very good knowledge in sensor, micromechanics and semiconductor technology required; knowledge of relevant analytical methods beneficial; excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships Language: Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken Education: Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in engineering or natural sciences, physics, chemistry, material sciences or a comparable qualification We offer flexible working models: from various part-time options to mobile working and job sharing.
