We are looking for an English speaking Procurement Specialist with good process knowledge and experience in SAP for a full-time position in the Mannheim area. Tasks Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, utilizing data analytics, process mining, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Drive the optimization and centralization of transactional procurement activities within a shared services environment by identifying and addressing root causes of inefficiencies. Leverage process insights and analytical tools to identify bottlenecks, improve performance, and support data-driven decision-making. Develop and expand expertise in digital procurement technologies, including ERP systems, procurement platforms, automation solutions, and artificial intelligence applications. Support large-scale SAP transformation programs and international rollouts, ensuring standardized and efficient end-to-end processes. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure clear, effective communication across all organizational levels. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in procurement operations and digital transformation.
