Additional Information

We are looking for a Senior Technical Trainer to join our growing Group Technical Training (GTT) team. We are looking for passion, energy, and commitment in a dynamic, global, and fast-paced environment. This role carries a specialist remit: the successful candidate will be IQ-EQ's primary technical trainer for Open Ended Fund (OEF) operations on PAXUS, covering pricing, NAV valuation cycles, open-ended equalisation, and fund set-up. In addition to owning and delivering the OEF curriculum, the Senior Technical Trainer will contribute to the broader PAXUS training programme spanning induction, close-ended funds, transfer agency, and super user tracks. IQ-EQ's PAXUS-supported business spans 14+ client-facing offices, supporting 400+ clients across 620 funds, with three new offices launching in 2026. The Senior Technical Trainer is a collaborative, results-focused individual with demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, translate complex operational concepts into effective learning, and deliver measurable capability improvement at scale. You'll design and develop the Open-Ended Funds (OEF) curriculum, creating comprehensive learning materials, simulations, job aids, and assessments covering pricing models, NAV processes, equalisation, fund setup, security master management, performance fees, and data integrity within PAXUS. You'll contribute to and enhance the wider PAXUS training track (Induction, CEF, TA, Super User) by delivering innovative, learner-centred content and maintaining quarterly BAU refresher training based on MyIT ticket trends and error analysis. You'll deliver engaging training across classroom, virtual, and blended formats for global audiences, including onboarding cohorts, specialist OEF sessions, and launch readiness for new offices, while facilitating complex topics such as equalisation, conversion accounting, and pricing exceptions. You'll measure and improve training effectiveness using KPIs and Kirkpatrick evaluation methods, leveraging assessment data, error trends, and PAXUS product updates to continuously refine content and reduce knowledge gaps, rework, and time to competence. You'll collaborate with stakeholders including SMEs, operations leaders, and internal clients to align training with business priorities, contribute to governance and reporting, and communicate effectively while supporting the GTT vision for delivery excellence.
