Junior Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist in data analystics to suggest monthly promotion planning
• Accuracy and completeness of promotion set up in Netsuite and WATI
• Conduct monthly team briefings to ensure alignment prior to promotion roll-out
• Assist in livestreaming, workshop and new outlet preparation and setup
• Coordinate with relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve promotion-related concerns efficiently
• Track and compile marketing performance data such as promotion results, and campaign engagement
• Timely submission of monthly promotion summary reports prior to the monthly check
• Actively involved in refinement in process flow involving AI agents and activities
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: A level or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration and other related fields
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in coordinating across departments
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office espcially excel, Google Workspace applications, Claude, Canva and other systems. Adobe is an added advantage
• Organizational & Administrative: High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation and reporting
• Teamwork and Adaptability: Collaborative team player who can work effectively with Marketing, Operations and Design teams
