About the role
For a temporary 3-month assignment, we are looking for a hands-on and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations and ensure a smooth and reliable user experience across the organization. In this role, you will be the go-to person for end-user support, system installations, troubleshooting, and maintaining efficient IT processes. Responsibilities

- What You Bring
- Vocational or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and user support
- Service-minded attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in an international or global IT environment is a plus
