About the role

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager and working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll lead end‑to‑end recruitment across a variety of technical and consultancy roles. You'll work in a hybrid environment , balancing collaboration in one of our offices (Birmingham, Northampton or London) with the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines and team fit
  • Source, screen and shortlist high‑quality candidates across technical disciplines
  • Write and post engaging job adverts across platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards
  • Proactively search for and engage passive candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and provide timely, meaningful feedback
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct reference checks where required
  • Track recruitment activity and provide regular progress updates (MI reporting)
  • Research and implement innovative attraction strategies
  • Ensure candidate data is managed in line with data protection regulations and best practice
  • Stay informed on market trends, salaries and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting across a range of roles and seniority levels
  • Strong sourcing capability beyond job adverts (LinkedIn, talent mapping, headhunting)
  • Confidence engaging with technical professionals
  • Experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools effectively
