Role Summary and Impact - Develop media plan and innovations for the client, in line with their business and marketing goals. - Able to lead strategic conversations on media and communication planning, have a strong understanding of cross channel media strategy. Provide media planning recommendations on your set of brands, driving best practice to ensure an integrated communication for the certain category. - Act as a senior level contact on all campaign related operations & executions across relevant platforms internally and externally. - Excellent project management ability, able to lead and coordinate an international team force to deliver campaign with high quality and on time. - Execute, track, and optimize campaign performance of planned media campaigns. Across digital, social, and offline media. - Design each campaign's measurement plan, media learning agenda, and in/post campaign review report. - Be responsible for the planning team coaching, career development, and role progression.
