Work you'll do Support the development of marketing, customer engagement, and growth strategies for clients across various industries. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer insights studies, and industry benchmarking. Assist in identifying growth opportunities, customer acquisition strategies, and revenue enhancement initiatives. Develop strategic recommendations to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Support the design of go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and business initiatives Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business performance Support the development of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
