Technical Consulting & Solution Development Understand and clarify customer requirements for emission control and process systems Provide consultative selling and develop tailored technical solutions Support proposal development and ensure alignment with customer specifications 6. Project Execution & Delivery Support Coordinate internally with engineering, application, project management, and service teams Support project execution through to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain engagement with clients for long-term cooperation and repeat business 7. Cross-functional & Global Collaboration Work within a matrix organization across regional and international teams Align with business line leadership and technical experts to deliver solutions Leverage global capabilities to strengthen local market position 8. Continuous Improvement Optimize sales processes and business development approaches Contribute to innovation, operational improvements, and best practice implementation Drive efficiency and effectiveness in commercial execution Your Profile / Qualifications Educational Background The Technical Foundation: A degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with a sophisticated understanding of Thermal Separation Technology (evaporators, vacuum systems, etc.) and their process applications. Professional Knowledge and Experiences Proven Track Record: At least 10 years of successful sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to grow "share of wallet" within strategic accounts and successfully break into new market segments. Established Network: You possess an existing, high-quality sales network in at least one core industry (Palm Oil, Chemical, or F&B) and the ability to leverage these ties quickly. Strategic Entrepreneurship: You are a result-driven "hunter" with a can-do attitude. You think strategically but act with the speed and passion of a business owner. Local Expertise: You are currently based in Indonesia, understand the local business nuances, and have a clear desire for long-term career advancement within a global leader.
