Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including production output, downtime, maintenance logs, and any incidents. Generate relevant reports for management review.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs within the production team and facilitate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Mentor and develop team members to promote career growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Contribute ideas and lead implementation efforts to streamline processes and reduce waste.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Injection Molding experience.
