Accounts Specialist (Accounts Receivable - Automotive) #HMSF

Responsibilities

• 📌 Process vehicle invoicing and revenue recognition
• 📌 Prepare ad-hoc billings and accrue Cost of Sales
• 📌 Verify billing documents and ensure proper approvals
• 📌 Prepare and post journal entries
• 📌 Process receipt postings
• 📌 Follow up on outstanding receivables
• 📌 Check sales commissions
• 📌 Prepare monthly Sales, Cost of Sales & Gross Profit reports
• 📌 Perform sales and profitability analysis
• 📌 Support other finance duties as assigned
