ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in organizing training sessions (logistics, invites, attendance tracking) Support preparation of training materials (slides formatting, handouts, simple visuals) Help update training records and learning trackers (Excel / LMS) Assist in consolidating post-training feedback and basic analysis Support communication and promote learning programs (training announcements, reminders) Perform tasks assigned by the manager This position is part of our Early Career program at WD. Our Early Career program is designed to support individuals beginning their professional career by providing the foundational training through a structured onboarding, mentorship, and development curriculum. REQUIRED: Currently pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, English Communication, Management/Development/Training , or equivalent experience The Internship/Co-op period is at least 4-6 months PREFERRED: Innovative/Creative Thinking Self-Learning/Lifelong Learning Mindset Analytical Thinking, Resilience/Flexibility, Agility AI Literacy
