Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management or a related field.
- 15-20 years of experience leading complex programs or projects in a dynamic environment.
- Proven experience managing customer-facing or high-visibility initiatives.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage senior stakeholders, including C-suite and executive leadership across complex, matrixed organizations, translating programme priorities into clear business narratives.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Aviation industry experience or exposure to highly regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise program management tools and reporting frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex data.
- Proven leadership experience, including team development and stakeholder management.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
- Track record of delivering complex programs with measurable business impact.
