Insurance Agent - Farmers Insurance

Responsibilities

• As an Insurance Agent with us, you will:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, conducting outreach, and turning leads into policyholders
• Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
• Sell and cross-sell diverse insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized service and regular policy reviews
• Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets to drive both your success and the agency's growth
• Stay current on product offerings and comply with all relevant regulations and standards
• Manage leads, customer follow-ups, and renewals efficiently using CRM tools
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative sales strategy sessions

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
