- Required Qualifications
- Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
- Bachelor of Science (or greater) Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
- 8+ years experience in related field with proven track record of success working in multi-disciplined team
- Demonstrated success in full lifecycle product development in both waterfall and agile methodologies and configuration management of produced artifacts
- Understanding of the DoD Acquisition Process for Engineering & Manufacturing Development
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio
- Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Requirements Management Tools (e.g., DOORS, Visure)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong writing and document development skills
- Ability to interact with customers and contract representatives
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to lead complex tasks.
- Preferred / Differentiating Experience
- 10+ years of embedded or firmware development experience
- Top Secret Clearance
- 8+ years experience in related field with proven track record of success working in multi-disciplined team
