Level 2 IT Support Engineer - Network Support, Servers, Infrastructure >> logistics & supply chain

Responsibilities

• Administer and support warehouse management systems & server environments
• Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, WiFi controllers, & access points
• Install, configure, and upgrade servers, systems, & infrastructure components
• Monitor system performance, capacity, backups, & disaster recovery processes
• Support virtualisation platforms & high-availability environments
• Assist with cybersecurity hardening, IT compliance, & audit activities
• Support infrastructure refresh & improvement projects
• Provide technical support for operational & business users
• WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
• 1.5+ years of experience as a Level 2 IT Support Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Network Engineer
• Must have hands-on experience with network equipment and switch configuration
• Experience supporting servers, infrastructure, & enterprise IT environments
• Familiarity with Windows Server, VMware, vCenter, Veeam, Linux, Red Hat, or similar technologies
• Understanding of LAN, WAN, routing, switching, & wireless networking
• Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
• Open to occasional overtime

Additional Information

YOUR NEW JOB As a Level 2 IT Support Engineer, you'll support and maintain the company's infrastructure environment, including servers, networks, warehouse management systems, & data centre operations. You'll be involved in both day-to-day support and infrastructure improvement projects. This is a 12-month renewable contract role. Work will be onsite in Tuas, Mon Fri office hours.
