- Basic Qualification
- We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in brand management, marketing or commercial roles, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
- Preferred Qualification
- If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Advanced degree (MBA, M. Pharm, MSc) or equivalent business/marketing qualification.
- Experience in Oncology/ Hematology
- Preferred Skills:
- Strong commercial thinking with experience in brand planning and campaign execution
- Good analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions (Excel or similar)
- Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to work across teams
- Experience managing external agencies or vendors and tracking deliverables
- Proven experience leading product launches or major brand campaigns
- Familiarity with digital and omnichannel marketing approaches and tools
- Experience with forecasting and basic P&L responsibility
- Comfortable using analytics or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
