Lider de Almacen de Mantenimiento

About the role

Supervisa a los empleados en un turno asignado para realizar funciones de mantenimiento o servicio dentro de los estándares de tiempo, calidad y costos establecidos. Este puesto tiene énfasis en oficios calificados como maquinistas o electricistas. La resolución de problemas de reparaciones de averías y fabricaciones especializadas son típicas. El supervisor debe poseer un alto nivel de habilidad técnica para ayudar a los subordinados a solucionar problemas y ayudarlos a resolverlos. Las operaciones son de complejidad media y normalmente requieren algunas actividades de mantenimiento/reparación más complejas. Especialista de refaccionamiento de los equipos de la planta (críticos y no críticos), implementación de estratégicas de forma que las refacciones y/o consumibles se encuentren disponibles de manera óptima, con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento del mantenimiento preventivo & correctivo en cumplimiento con los KPIs del área, asegurando una operación continua de la planta, así como proyectos especiales, siempre buscando minimizar costos en cumplimiento al presupuesto definido para el área.
