At GoTo Guatemala, we are looking for a Facilities Front Desk Coordinator to support daily reception activities and assist with facilities operations while performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our office, welcoming visitors and supporting employees with facilities-related needs while helping maintain smooth day-to-day office operations. Your Day to Day As a Facilities Front Desk Coordinator, you would be working on: - Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive at the office - Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception area while coordinating with security personnel - Support daily office operations by assisting employees with facilities-related requests - Coordinate with vendors and maintain communication with internal teams - Manage front desk activities such as answering phones, greeting visitors, handling packages, and managing entry badges - Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and documents to employees and departments - Track and update basic office expenses and supply costs - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document handling
