About the role

We are looking for a result-driven Graphic Designer | Social Media & Marketing Design Specialist to join our marketing team. You will focus on developing and implementing a multichannel content strategy , managing the process from concept to execution to build awareness and drive engagement with current and new customers. Reporting to our Head of Growth & Marketing, you will be a key partner in creating, planning, prioritizing, and measuring the efficacy of our content program. Produce visual assets: videos, motion design, static graphics for social media and marketing campaigns. Create mobile-friendly ads (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads). Take ownership of projects from concept to execution, collaborating with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams. Develop and manage a content calendar and strategy, aligned with local merchant culture. Craft web and campaign copy in Inyad's voice: social ads, landing pages, emails, sales material. Script and help produce video content: customer stories, testimonials, tutorials. Create long-form and short-form content: whitepapers, webinars, blogs, infographics. Collaborate closely with teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality deliverables. 2-4 years of experience in marketing and design, preferably in a startup or agency. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere). Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and passion for creative marketing content. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently or in a team. Excellent communication skills in Arabic, French, and English. Experience in content marketing: blogs, webinars, whitepapers, videos, and sales collateral. Compelling storyteller capable of turning complex topics into engaging content. Knowledge of social media best practices, basic SEO, and content performance analytics. Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to a dynamic startup environment.
