Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a(n) Electrician Leader ~ without more than normal supervision. I have journeyman level experience where engaged in a full range of electrical maintenance and repair work (i.e., installed, modified, repaired, maintained, troubleshot, tested, and loaded new and existing electrical lines, circuits, systems, and associated fixtures, controls, and equipment). I have read and interpreted building plans, electrical drawings, electrical wiring diagrams and schematics. I have planned and laid out work, tracing hard-to-locate defects or problems and completing repairs and installations. - Failure to meet this Screen out Element will result in an ineligible rating. PHYSICAL EFFORT: Physical effort is required in walking, standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing and working off scaffolds, ladders and in tiring and uncomfortable positions. Physical effort is required in lifting, positioning, carrying, parts and equipment that weigh up to 40 pounds and occasionally more than40 pounds. WORKING CONDITIONS: Works inside and outside. Subject to electrical shocks and burns, cuts and abrasions, abnormal heatand cold, fumes, burns, corrosive chemicals, dust, grease. May be required to work in both non-permit and permit required confined spaces and implement proper rescue and entry techniques.
