You will: Partner with Global HR Team to develop and execute cutting edge HR strategies that align with our goals Support implementing new processes and procedures that will help us scale as an organisation Ignite the potential within our employees through effective performance management programs that drive growth and development Be the go-to HR expert for your client group, providing guidance and support to managers on all HR-related matters Build bridges as you handle employee relations with finesse, resolving conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, and overseeing grievance procedures Be the architect of an inclusive and positive work atmosphere that boosts employee engagement and satisfaction levels Collaborate across talent pillars to support the employee experience while working to grow and simplify global programming Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and best practices You have: Minimum 3 years of experience as a HRBP or HR Generalist of cross functional resources in a large and/or matrixed organization Deep practice in communication with HR Teams, and employees through all levels of an organization Demonstrated ability to establish trust and inspire confidence across various levels of an organization Proven track record of driving pragmatic decision-making in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-based environment Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead, delegate, motivate, mentor, and build high-performing teams Exceptional ability to handle conflict, challenging situations, and work effectively with diverse working styles Strategic and tactical expertise in organizing and structuring operational activities Proficient in mediation, negotiation, and delivering impactful presentations
