Responsibilities

- Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a theme park, museum, or attraction operations experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional programming efforts involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in opening new locations and working across an organization with multiple locations.
- Ability to partner collaboratively across diverse disciplines in the organization and ability to lead others in the development of strategy, planning, and execution of deliverables.
- The ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to meet individual goals and Company objectives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize and organize workload for self and others.
- Minimum 2 years of project/ process management or event planning experience.

Job Summary: The Director of Programming is responsible for implementing public-facing programs and activations, increasing the quantity, quality, and consistency of programming across all Meow Wolf exhibitions.
