Retail Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional service
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations effectively
• Plan and execute promotions, upselling strategies, and marketing initiatives
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to enhance store performance

Requirements

• Proven management experience in retail or customer service
• Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
