You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure financial accuracy, timely processing of transactions, and strong operational support as the company continues to scale. This role offers hands-on exposure to core finance processes, month-end activities, and reporting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. WHY DO WE WANT YOU We are looking for a strategic finance leader who combines deep financial expertise with exceptional people leadership. You will help Boldr scale responsibly by driving financial performance, implementing best-in-class processes, and empowering your teams to deliver excellence. WHAT WILL YOU DO Manage and process purchase orders, supplier invoices and supplier payments. Check and process employee expense claims. Reconcile company credit cards. Manage sales invoices, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Engage with customers and suppliers, responding to inquiries and building strong relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing. Prepare prepayments, accruals and other balance sheet reconciliations, as part of the month-end closing process. Manage accounts receivable collections by tactfully chasing outstanding payments. Maintain financial accuracy through regular bank reconciliations and promptly address any queries. Generate regular accounts payable / receivable reports and support month-end financial procedures. Manage preparation of monthly sales reports to publishers. Help optimize internal operations and processes across the business. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities by providing necessary data and insights. Support the finance team with various ad-hoc requests to contribute to our collective success. WHAT WE'LL LIKE ABOUT YOU YOU ARE... Detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to financial accuracy. A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. A strong communicator who can effectively engage with internal teams, customers, and suppliers. Curious and eager to learn, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement. YOU HAVE... Accounting certification (or are working towards an accounting certification). 2-3+ years of experience within a similar finance or accounting role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing and reporting. Experience using Iplicit or other accounting software. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global finance team.
