About the role
This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration, National Personnel Records Center. The incumbent will serve as a Management Analyst performing analyses and management studies associated with the Federal Records Center Revolving Fund Program. OR You may qualify by a combination of experience and education. Only graduate level education in excess of the first 36 semester hours (54 quarter hours) may be combined to be considered for qualifying education. NOTE: Graduate level education must be in a related field of the position to be filled. Specialized Experience for the GS-9: You must have at least one year of experience at the GS-07 level or equivalent that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience for this position includes: Compiling data from various sources to produce management reports; AND Conducting data analysis on information within applications and projects. OR Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related. OR You may qualify by a combination of experience and education. Only graduate level education in excess of the first 18 semester hours (27 quarter hours) may be combined to be considered for qualifying education. NOTE: Graduate level education must be in a related field of the position to be filled. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following requirements, if applicable (as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F): Time-in-Grade: For the GS-11, you must have been at the GS-09 level for 52 weeks. Time-in-Grade: For the GS-09, you must have been at the GS-07 level for 52 weeks. Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
