Facilities Specialist

About the role

Principal Responsibilities : Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility's equipment including electrical, ACMV, compressed dry air system, vacuum system, gas system, process chilled water system and plumbing. Performing routine checks on electrical, ACMV, compressed dry air system, vacuum system, gas system, process chilled water system and plumbing equipment to prevent breakdowns. Coordinate facilities equipment maintenance schedules and repair activities. Supervising external contractors or vendors for services like housekeeping, pest control, vending machines, preventive and breakdown maintenance, repairs and renovation. Works with manufacturing or process engineers in the installation or repair of electrical and mechanical equipment in production area. Minimum of 4+ years of facilities management experience Required Experience & Skills : Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and identify faults. Reporting: Ability to maintain records of maintenance activities and generate reports. Team player: Able to work with a team to deliver objectives set out by Management. Willing to work in Cleanroom environment, perform Work-at-Height duties and occasional weekend work arrangements
