Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach towards customer engagement. Capable of working effectively in a team and adapting to diverse customer needs and situations. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
