Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding Administration
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing, reviewing, and processing client onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure onboarding forms and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines.

  • Assist with audit requests and document retrieval exercises.
  • Business Operations Support
  • Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative activities across the business.
  • Support account maintenance requests, client information updates, and documentation amendments.
  • Coordinate operational requests and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain onboarding and operational trackers to ensure requests are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Assist in preparing operational documentation, reports, and internal materials.
  • Support process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and service quality.
  • Assist with operational projects and business initiatives as required.
  • Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in onboarding, operations, administration, business support, client servicing support, or document management within financial services.
  • Experience handling documentation, records management, and operational workflows.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in a regulated or professional services environment is advantageous.
  • Preferred Experience
  • Experience within wealth management, private banking, asset management, financial advisory, insurance, or family office environments.
  • Exposure to onboarding, operations support, or business administration functions.
  • Experience managing large volumes of documentation and coordinating multiple workflows simultaneously.
