About the role

This position is located at USAG Rheinland-Pfalz - MWR, NAF Support Division Automation, Rhine Ordnance Barracks, Kaiserslautern, Germany Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Knowledge of assigned programs, the roles they play in supporting total Army programs, and their contribution to Army MWR. 2. Knowledge of principles, concepts and methodologies required to perform various analytical techniques. 3. Ability to analyze operations, financial data, prepare reports and replies to inquiries from the perspective of a Installation or Regional staff officer. 4. Strong written and oral communication skills, including comprehensive knowledge of standard office software programs, such as word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, etc. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": 1. Managerial/operational experience in Army business and recreation settings to include financial and quality control operations. 2. Experience developing data analytics and automation systems, in particular Power applications and Business Intelligence. 3. Managerial experience of the caliber described above in an Army Recreation setting to include Financial operations for both APF and NAF business and financial issues. Applicant meeting the Best Qualifying Criteria/Highly Preferred will be referred to the hiring manager. All other qualified applicants will be referred if requested by the hiring manager.
