What you'll accomplish with us As an Expert Advisor - HR Data Governance, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Define and operationalize the HR data governance strategy for the Talent and Culture Vice Presidency (VPTC), ensuring alignment with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and personal data protection standards. Represent the VPTC within corporate data governance bodies, assuming the role of business data steward. Establish and continuously evolve data quality mechanisms, including controls, monitoring indicators, and data lifecycle management. Ensure compliance, risk management, and classification of HR data, in collaboration with key stakeholders. Prepare and enable HR data for advanced use cases, such as advanced analytics, predictive models, automation, and AI applications. Define, structure, and maintain HR data standards, metadata, and definitions, facilitating cross-functional data steward forums and arbitrating discrepancies. Act as a trusted advisor to Talent and Culture teams and partners, helping define orientations, propose innovative solutions, and support the evolution of data-related practices. Raise awareness, mobilize, and support stakeholders by applying strategic and tactical thinking and contributing to organizational initiatives requiring data-driven decision-making in HR. What could accelerate your success in this role We're looking for someone who: Is known for their influencing leadership and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment, particularly with Talent and Culture (VPTC), IT teams, and other business areas. Stands out for their demonstrated ability to apply both strategic and tactical thinking to analyze data-related issues, guide practices, support decision-making, and propose structural improvements. Demonstrates strong communication and facilitation skills, with a strong ability to translate and simplify complex concepts related to data, analytics, and artificial intelligence. a solid understanding of data analytics and artificial intelligence principles, as well as experience with HRIS and analytics environments (Workday, Snowflake, Power BI - an asset). Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in roles related to data, information systems, HR processes, analytics, or information management, including at least 7 years in data governance, data management, or analytics-related roles. Holds a bachelor's degree in information systems, analytics, human resources, business administration, or a related field. Any training or certification in data governance, analytics, or personal data protection is considered an asset. Advanced proficiency in both French and English, as the role requires daily interaction-spoken, written, and through workshops-with both French- and English-speaking partners.
