To further strengthen our team in the UK and Germany, we are currently looking for a remote **Technical Development Manager Lubricants (m/f/d)** based in the United Kingdom or Germany. **Your tasks** - You provide technical advice and support to customers and Sales colleagues. - Maintaining close technical relationships with suppliers and external partners is a key part of your role. - In addition, you monitor market trends, technological developments, and competitor activities. - Working closely with Product Management, you provide technical expertise and market intelligence. - You manage and document technical projects and customer activities. - Another important aspect of the role is developing and delivering technical product trainings for internal stakeholders. - You represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events while supporting the resolution of technical product issues. **Your profile** - Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline - Proven technical knowledge and experience within the lubricants industry - A proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities - Highly organised, with excellent planning, prioritisation, and time-management skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe applications - Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Willingness to undertake occasional business travel across Europe **Our offer** - **Attractive compensation:** Performance-related pay and a comprehensive benefits package as well as a car allowance (UK) / company car (Germany) - **Flexibility:** Flexible and hybrid working arrangements - **Career development:** Individual onboarding, a wide range of training and development opportunities and quarterly development reviews - **Work environment:** Responsible tasks with a high degree of autonomy, short decision-making processes due to flat hierarchies **Ready for the next step?**
