Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supply Chain Planning & Analysis Material Analysis & Control New Product Introduction Support Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Previous internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations roles Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods. Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with supply chain software applications Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and global supply chain principles Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments Must be able to interface with a multi-shift operation and frequent other locations as necessary Ability to relocate to another regional Generac location
