- You ideally have previous HR experience or interest in developing in this area
- You are comfortable working with various software and systems

- This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Eximius Park in Zabierzów, Kraków area.
- As this role involves collaboration with employees in the Americas, HR Specialists are required to be available for late shifts from 2 PM to 10 PM. You should be prepared to work 2 to 3 late shifts per week.
