Retail Sales Promoter (Health Supplements)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Promoter to promote health supplement products and provide excellent customer service at retail outlets, pharmacies, roadshows, and promotional events.

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate health supplement products to customers.
• Explain product features, ingredients, benefits, and recommended usage.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the Sales Team.
• Maintain product displays and ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Collect customer feedback and market information for reporting purposes.
• Support promotional activities, product launches, exhibitions, and roadshows as assigned.
• Comply with company policies, workplace safety requirements, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in retail sales, customer service, health supplements, wellness products, FMCG, or related industries will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when scheduled.
• Basic digital literacy for sales reporting and communication purposes.
