Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling : Plan and coordinate daily/weekly production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Workflow Coordination : Align tasks across departments (procurement, assembly, quality assurance) to avoid bottlenecks.
• Resource Management : Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage to optimize efficiency.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and resolve production issues promptly.
• Reporting & Documentation : Maintain records of production output, downtime, and resource utilization.
• Communication : Act as liaison between shop floor staff, supervisors, and management.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for productivity and cost savings.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in production planning and coordination within manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards .
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office tools.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
