Responsible for leading and executing general engineering projects with a strong focus on automation and electrical systems, from concept through implementation. Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; Strong experience leading industrial projects (CAPEX), with emphasis on automation and electrical systems; Solid knowledge of industrial automation, electrical systems, and process control (PLCs, drives, sensors, HMI, safety systems); Experience managing the full project lifecycle: specification, supplier selection, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and ramp-up; Strong analytical skills, project management capability, and systemic vision; Ability to work across disciplines with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach; Advanced English level; Differentials: Structured problem-solving and critical thinking mindset, with a data-driven approach; Proactivity and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic industrial environment. Collaboration and teamwork in cross-functional and multicultural settings. Experience in the rubber industry (hoses, belts, or similar applications). Experience with structured methodologies (PFMEA, A3, PDCA, CBS) and Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles; Familiarity with Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, and digitalization/automation strategies.
