Responsibilities
- Own the customer data migration process end-to-end
- You take raw customer data, assess its quality, reformat it to Leapsome's requirements, and execute the upload. This covers employee records, historical attributes, user documents, document templates, absence histories, and onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- You work primarily in Google Sheets and use scripting tools like Google Apps Script to automate repetitive file sorting and restructuring. You spot inconsistencies before they become problems and know how to push back constructively when a customer's data isn't ready.
- Customer communication and consultation
- Coordinate between your stakeholders in CS, the Onboarding Team, the Sales Team and Product
- You provide constant feedback to our Product Team to make data migration smoother and self-serve.
- You actively look for ways to do migrations faster and more accurately, whether that's better tooling, smarter use of AI for data transformation and validation, or improving the templates and guides the team relies on. You don't wait to be asked: you bring ideas and help build them out.
Requirements
- You take ownership of complex, multi-layered data projects end-to-end
- You're highly proficient in Google Sheets and comfortable writing scripts (e.g. Google Apps Script) to automate repetitive data tasks. You don't manually do what can be systematized
- You have a sharp eye for data quality issues and catch inconsistencies early
- You put the customer at the center of your projects and enjoy customer communication
- You like discovering product features, and integrations, APIs and webhooks are not new to you
- You're organized and transparent
- You enjoy being a specialist others rely on
- You're curious about how systems connect. You actively look for integration opportunities that reduce manual lift and think beyond individual migrations toward scalable, repeatable processes
