About the role
Job Description Ensure all operations comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Environmental Control regulations, as well as relevant statutory requirements. Follow up on site walk inspection findings raised by the Safety Committee and support the WSH Officer in closing out reports, including assistance in incident and accident investigations. Ensure daily safety checklists are properly completed and documented, and conduct mass toolbox meetings on a weekly basis. Coordinate with relevant site personnel to continuously improve worksite safety standards and site cleanliness. Ensure supervisors and workers strictly adhere to approved safe work procedures. Assist the WSH Officer in organizing monthly Safety Committee meetings and preparing safety-related reports, including the tracking of safety issues. Compile and maintain all relevant safety records and reports, and conduct daily site safety inspections. Supervise workers to ensure safety measures and procedures are implemented in accordance with MOM regulations. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time. REQUIREMENT Possess an Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health. Min. 2 years relevant experience in Building and Construction Industry Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical ability Ability to work under pressures in a fast pace environment Experience in Public Housing Project will be advantageous.
