Responsibilities
- Prepare tender submissions, including quantity take-offs, cost estimates, pricing schedules, and tender documentation.
- Call for and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Establish unit rates and prepare cost analyses.

Requirements
- Education
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or related discipline.
- Skills & Knowledge
- Proficient in Bluebeam, BIM, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good understanding of Singapore contractual regulations and standard forms of contract (PSSCOC, SIA, REDAS, etc.).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and meet tight tender deadlines.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant Singapore experience in pre-contract tendering.
- Experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor will be an added advantage.
