Responsibilities

- Merchant Acquisition & Pipeline Development
- Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential sellers across:

- Performance analysis (traffic, conversion, AOV, GMV/hour)
- Category Strategy & Ecosystem Building
- Develop deep expertise in the deadstock and resale market.
- Contribute to category strategy, including identifying high-value opportunities (e.g. larger distributors and 1P players).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Operations, Policy, and Governance teams to:
- Solve merchant pain points
- Unlock category expansion (e.g. new subcategories, compliance)
- Improve platform tools and seller experience
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use data to identify growth opportunities, prioritise actions, and measure impact across the seller lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within eCommerce or marketplaces
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and hitting targets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in fashion resale, off-price, or deadstock markets
- Familiarity with marketplace ecosystems (e.g. Amazon, Zalando, Veepee)
- Experience working with live commerce or creator-led sales models
